Questo mese sono stata molto silenziosa un po' perchè indaffarata un po' perchè stanca ma naturalmente non sono stata inoperosa e ho cercato di finire almeno uno dei miei tanti Ufo e ce l'ho fatta: il mio gansey "Eriskay" di Alice Starmore è finito e pronto ad essere infilato nella valigia per il viaggio in Scozia!!!!!. Il maglione mi piace tantissimo, è stato un lavorone ma ne è valsa la pena, ho lavorato quasi completamente con i ferri circolari 2 1/2 ,la cosa bella è che, non avendo neanche una cucitura, quando chiudi l'ultimo punto il maglione è pronto per essere indossato: fantastico.
Yesterday I finished my gansey "Eriskay" by Alice Starmore, I like it so much and I'm happy that it's ready to jump in the suitcase for my trip to Scotland, it is worked in one piece with 2 1/2 circular needles ,it was a hard work but the good thing is that when you close the last stitch the sweater is ready to be worn.
