TIF challenge/Mar. 08

Il tema della sfida di Marzo era:"Do you ever notice the little things, the small moments, the details in life?"

March theme for the TIF challenge was:"Do you ever notice the little things, the small moments, the details in life?" I'm a coffee lover and a good espresso represents an important detail in my daily life, a good cup of coffee doesn't change your day but sometimes it makes a better one as when you sit with a friend to chat and to drink a coffee or when you decide to have a break and you enjoy your coffee with a good little chocolate.....
more I cannot forget the "detail" to have met my husband in front of an espresso in the most elegant cafe in Turin, my husband too doesn't forget that he paid 700 old lire in March 1980 for two coffees , he is still regreting them even if I think that he did the best investment in his life :-)))
My postcard of the month is born after all these thoughts, I'm very happy with these little works as I can experiment something different every time, this month I tried the transfer dyes for fabric, I painted the word "caffé" on the background fabric.

Lorenza, this could be my AMC. This would be the motif that I would choose. There is nothing else than having a cafe during a bussy day to calm down and have a rest. I'm so jealous of all the wonderful bars you have in Italy.
I bet that invite you for a cafe was yours husband best investment;-)
